From there we set the tile, install the shower or tub, hang the vanity, and finish with fixtures, mirrors, lighting, and paint.

Most homeowners pair a few upgrades at once because it is cheaper to do them together. A walk-in shower with a frameless glass enclosure is the most requested combination in The Woodlands. Many clients also add heated bathroom floors so the tile is warm on a cool morning. One luxury master remodel we completed combined heated floors, a smart shower, a tub-to-shower conversion, and all new cabinets in a single phase.

Master baths and guest baths
