A properly prepped and coated floor holds up for many years of daily use, including parking and shop work. The key word is prepped. We grind the slab, repair it, and cure each coat, which is what keeps the coating bonded so it does not peel or flake off.

Can you coat a stained or cracked garage slab?

Usually yes. We grind off the old surface, fill cracks and pits, and treat oil-stained areas before coating. We inspect the slab first and tell you straight whether it is a good candidate, and the written estimate spells out any repair work.

How long before I can park on the new floor?

Most epoxy floors are walk-ready within a day and ready for vehicle traffic after the full cure, which is typically a couple of days total. We give you the exact timeline with your estimate so you can plan around it.
