We work the other way around. Before the first coat goes on, we wash the surfaces, scrape and sand the loose spots, fill dings and nail holes, caulk the gaps, and prime where the wall needs it. We cut in the trim by hand for crisp edges, and we mask and cover everything we leave unpainted. That patient prep is the difference between a finish that looks new for years and one that looks tired by next summer.

Uriel Gutierrez and his brothers Uzziel and Ulises Jr. are taking on more of a leadership role, backed by their father and founder Ulises, whose decades in the trade taught the family to slow down where it counts. Most of our painting comes at the tail end of a larger project. We remodel baths, build kitchens, lay floors, and run masonry, and the job only feels finished once the walls and trim look right. Because one family handles the whole scope, we coordinate the colors, the timing lines up, and you are not chasing a separate painter after the other trades leave.
